All files are delivered in Digital format available for instant download. Your files will come in ZIP format that will need to be extracted and used for embroidery. Many people make mistake of loading ZIP file into their embroidery machine. This is not going to work! You must extract (unzip) the files and load the files in the correct format into your embroidery machine or software. Please check with your computer manufacturer to see what UNZIP programs are available. Many of computers already come with software that can unzip the files. However, a lot of older computers don't have that option. UNZIP software is available as a FREE download and can be very easily and safely downloaded.
